Terms and Condition
1) Strictly no refund because all the clothes will be strictly checks before sending out to our valued customer. The quality will meet up to the price offered.
2) The gift box is sealed with 2 sided tape. If there is any intentionally damage, pls complain to respective delivery service company and let us know so that we can take appropriate action.
3) We will use Pos Laju for secure parcel delivery purposes, kindly please provide us the address you will be available to sign for the parcel.
4) In event of wrong address provided by customer, KaleidoScope will not held responsible over such error.
5) Any missing delivery ( bcos ur sense of fashion is just too good), Kaleidoscope will replace it with customer earlier pick, in event no more stock, customer can pick another type of same amount or less. The re-postal fee will be borne by KaleidoScope ( not client). Such scenario will be lest likely to happen as we are using Pos Laju service.
6) If clothes sold out upon confirmation by KaleidoScope of receiving the payment from customer, customer will be refund via fund transfer into their account or money order will be used. The cost of transfer back to customer and money order will be borne by KaleidoScope. In event of any error/ redundant cost due to wrong details ( account or name) provides to Kaleidoscope by customer for re-transfer, the re- transfer cost will be borne by customer ( strictly will not be borne by Kaleidoscope, Kaleidoscope will auto minus from the re-transfer amount). Kindly make sure details provide to us is the correct details.
7) Oversea/ outstation delivery will be fully borne by customer. The promotion is strictly for location in Klang Valley area.( KaleidoScope will pay for the postal fee for purchase above RM 150 in single receipt for Klang Valley delivery). Please kindly refer to postal charges provided.
8) If you prefer other postal services, kindly state clearly which postal service you will prefer the goods to be send to you. The cost will be fully borne by customer, the promotion offer will not be valid for client opt for other postal services other than Pos Laju.
9) Pls allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery , pls inform KaleidoScope if u have yet to receive your parcel immediately so that we can rectify the missing delivery asap.
10) If you would like to purchase in large quantity of any pick, pls inform Kaleidoscope for special price, terms and condition and this will be communicated via email ( strictly 12 pieceand above). In such event, KaleidoScope will not borne the delivery charges.
11) If you happen to know any of KaleidoScope admin members and would like to have Cash On Delivery, kindly please inform us via email. We will be glad to save postal cost for you, our exclusive VIPs.
