How to Place Order and Make Payment
How to Place Order:
1. Copy down the CODE ( e.g code 001) of the clothes that you wish to purchase and send email ( Email : kaleidoscopefb111@gmail.com) to us to confirm on its availability. Please include in your email your prefer mailing address, your contact no , your name and the mode of payment preferred.
2. KaleidoScope will confirm on this order if stock is still available. Kaleidoscope will provide :-
a) our available bank accounts ( Public Bank, Maybank and CIMB Bank)
b) Total Charges ( Good purchases + Postal Fee)
c) The forecast date of receipt of goods. ( usually 2-3 days after payment received from customer)
d) Your order reference number.

Method of Payment :
* You can bank-in through "Cash Deposit Machine" at any CIMB / Public Bank / Maybank Branch.
* You can bank-in through "Bank Counters" at any CIMB / Public Bank / Maybank Branch.
* You can transfer online through your online banking account.

After Payment :
3) After you have made the payment, email to us the details of payment such as ( pls keep your receipt of payment for any future rectification purposes)
a) order number of the purchase provided by KaleidoScope
b) which bank did you bank-in
c) amount and date
d) transfer reference no./ cash deposit reference no.

4) We will email you to inform you we have send the parcel to you and its on the way. We will provide you the reference no of the parcel.
5) For COD request, all request will subject to Kaleidoscope availability and possibility to meet up. Kaleidoscope has the right to turn down COD request.
